Return & Exchange policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your High Alchemy purchase we will be very happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Please note the following:
- All returned products must be unworn and undamaged.
- Returns are not possible for personalized orders, custom pieces
- Returned goods must be carefully packed so that they are not damaged during shipment. If the product is damaged during the return process, the money will not be returned and exchange will not be possible.
If you are outside the European Union, when returning a product, it is mandatory to indicate on the customs declaration that it is a returned product. If it is not indicated and we have to pay extra duty, then this amount will have to be reimbursed to the buyer or deducted from the refund.
Please note that High Alchemy cannot refund the delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.
If for some reason the package with exchanged goods is returned, you will be charged for the re-delivery. The cost will be calculated according to the weight of the package.
To organize a return please email inese.alchemist@gmail.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. I will email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item.
Any product(s) must be returned in their original High Alchemy packaging. Please pack the item carefully and ideally use a secure and tracked service for your own security purposes.
The money is refunded within 2-3 working days from the receipt of the product.
